Ordering Kit

 

Kit will only be ordered once Ray has received your order form and money in full

 

To download a copy fo the kit order form, please click on the image.  Once downloaded, you then have 2 options -

 

1. Print the form, fill in and hand in to either Elizabeth / Katie / Ray Andrews or Sara Marsh on a training evening.  Hard copies of this form are also available from Sara Marsh at training sessions

 

OR

 

2. Fill in the form on your computer, save to your documents and then send via email to roundwoodkit@btinternet.com

 

When ordering, please advise Ray on your payment method.  There are 3 options of payment, cash, cheque or direct to bank.  The bank account details for the kit account are as follows:-

General Information

 

There are set dates for ordering.  You can place your order at any time of the year, but orders with the suppliers will only be made on the set dates.

 

The next order date is 25th March 2010

 

If the items you ordered are in stock, then you will be notified and will receive these sooner rather than later.  Please note that skirt sizes that are not in stock can take up to 6-8 weeks from date of order.
